Pharmacy First Promotion Pack

Pack of 200 (or 400) trifold promotion leaflets to hand out to patients, with six pages explaining the service, the conditions treated and the 7 Pharmacy First clinical pathways (and the other existing conditions). These include contact information and opening times, age ranges for each condition, who is eligible / not eligible, and a brief description of what happens during the consultation. 
 
Includes a collection of posters to display in the pharmacy, or in the pharmacy window (1 x A3, 2 x A4, 2 x A5).
